​The ​Evening Chronicle report that Sunderland target James Tomkins is happy to leave West Ham this summer, after falling out of the team at Upton Park at the end of last season.

The 27-year-old was a regular starter when playing under now-Black Cats boss Sam Allardyce, but has slipped out of favour under Bilic over the last few months – and could be set to link back up with Allardyce in time for next season.

​Pachuca vice-president Andres Fassi has revealed that Manchester United have made approaches to sign the club’s 20-year-old Mexico international Hirving Lozano, telling ​Record MX: “There have been approaches [from Manchester United]. There will be time to focus on the future of Hirving Lozano.”

The youngster won his first international cap earlier this year after impressive domestic form, and scored his first international goal in a World Cup qualifying match against Canada in March.
